Marc Lou roasting + redesign

After getting roasted by Marc Lou pretty hard on twitter, it made me reflect on the user value on Pennyshots. So I came up with a quick redesign and a newsletter. The idea now is that those posting the best and most consistent work on Pennyshots will be featured in the newsletter. And people who want to see up and coming founders will subscribe. And hopefully I can get paid for newsletter ads, that's the dream. Redesign launched! Any feedback is appreciated!
